Tai Chi is a slow-motion, low-impact exercise that promotes physical and mental health as well as relaxation. Through a series of graceful and gentle movements, this exercise helps reduce stress, anxiety, stiffness, pain, and the risk of falls and improves balances, muscle strength, coordination, and flexibility. Almost anyone with or without arthritis, and with almost any physical condition, can learn this exercise to improve health and quality of life.
