Adopt a Grandparent 2026

Thank you for participating in our Adopt a Grandparent program at University Health Lakewood Care Center! Each year, residents are deeply touched by the kindness of people who take the time to make their holiday season special. We’re grateful to continue this tradition in 2026!

Each resident has a personalized wish list to help you choose gifts they’ll truly love. Please follow the guidelines below when shopping:

NEEDS LIST: Please purchase all items listed.

WANTS LIST: Please purchase at least one item listed.

ADDITIONAL LIST: You may also choose to purchase an item from this list.

Gift Guidelines:

All gifts must be new.

Please do not wrap gifts. You may leave them in their store bags.

Attach or insert the completed wish list with your donations. The list includes the assigned resident’s number. If you have multiple bags, please include a copy of the wish list in each bag.
