Get ready for our very first Paws & Portraits event on November 8th!

Bring your furry family members and capture the perfect Christmas card photo.

The amazing Kathy Asel, a professional photographer, is donating her time and talent to make this event extra special. She'll create a festive holiday scene with Christmas trees, a cozy bench, and plenty of Christmas charm for a picture-perfect moment.

To keep everyone comfortable (and out of the unpredictable Missouri November weather), this event will be hosted inside the gym at Woods Chapel Church.

Families will sign up for one 15-minute time slot between 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM to keep things organized, stress-free, and safe for pets.

Instead of a fee, we're asking for a donation of pet food, which will go directly to support our Lee's Summit and Raytown food pantries.

To keep tails wagging and the day running smoothly, families will wait in their cars until their session begins, and our friendly pet wranglers will help coordinate each time slot. There won't be any pet-to-pet interactions—just happy pets, happy people, and holiday cheer.

Each family will receive a digital photo perfect for printing your own Christmas cards or sharing with loved ones!
