Aging Mastery Program

Saint Luke's will be presenting The Aging Mastery Program. AMP aims to help millions of baby boomers and older adults, as well as caregivers, take key steps to improve their well-being, add stability to their lives, and strengthen their ties to communities.
Must register for the class as the class size will be limited to 20 people. There is a materials cost of $60 per person (the church will cover $30 of that cost per person, and you will be responsible for the other $30)

Cancer Connection & Breakfast Club

A networking system for the diagnosed person, family and friends. Led by Jonnie Wells.
Divorce & Break-Up Recovery Support Group
Wednesdays (September 11 - October 30) // 6:30 p.m. // Room 305
This group focuses on understanding some of the dynamics of what happens in a divorce or break-up and helps participants deal with endings by developing ways to end the former relationship in a positive way and to also let go both of which moves a person toward recovery and healing. The two main tasks for recovery is to begin to say “Goodbye” and helping people let go. Led by Paula Higbee & Mary Maupin, and Don Canfield as Co-Facilitator.

Parents by Heart
Saturday, September 28 // 9:00-11:30 a.m. // Lecture Hall
A group for anyone raising children through a non-traditional route, including adoptions, foster care, or grandparents. This group is open to the entire community! We will have a light breakfast and time to get to know one another as well as have a training and a family activity. Childcare will be provided for children of all ages during the training time. Led by Ashley Huff and Selma Dakota.
