Grace Place

Grace Place assists members in our community experiencing financial hardship. Assistance is available through our Food Pantry, Children’s Clothing Closet, Budget Counseling, and Baby Grace Place. We serve those in Lee's Summit, Raytown, and Blue Springs. We continue to serve more and more families each month, so thank you for your generosity!

We are always accepting donations for our Grace Place Services. Donations can be dropped off at our office anytime in the bin in the foyer.

  • we offer gently used baby clothing and diapers at our Raytown location on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 10 AM-12 PM. If you need assistance through Baby Grace Place, visit our Care Page.

    Serve: Help organize donations and assist with needs requests.

    Donate: Diapers, Blankets, Swings, Burp Cloths, Clothes

  • We offer budget counseling classes to anyone who wants to improve their finances.

    Serve: Become a Budget Counselor for those looking to improve their finances.

  • We offer gently-used clothing for infants through teens. If you need to utilize our Clothing Closet, visit our Raytown Chapel location at 5413 Blue Ridge Cutoff Raytown, MO 64133.

    Serve: Volunteers for Children’s Clothing Closet help with organizing donations, pulling clothes for people who call, and meeting them at our Missions Center for pick up.

    Donate: Gently-used or new clothing for children of all sizes, infants through teens.

  • We offer clients’ choice, non-perishable food and toiletry items to families and individuals once a month by pick-up only.

    The food pantry is open Tuesdays from 10 AM-12 PM and Thursdays from 3 PM-5 PM.

    Serve: Those who serve are asked to be available for two-hour shifts to help with the following:

    —Assist people using the food pantry and carry bags to people's cars if needed

    —Sort and shelve food

    —Bag the non-perishable groceries and toiletries

    Donate: Canned Fruit, Canned Vegetables, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Canned Tuna/Chicken, Pasta, Spaghetti Sauce, Soup, Crackers, Hamburger Helper, Instant Potatoes or Rice, Pancake Mix, Syrup, Cereal, Macaroni & Cheese, Laundry Detergent, Bath Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Toilet Paper
